Job summary

Heywood Healthcare is seeking a dedicated CNA to join its patient care team in Massachusetts. The Nurse Aide provides delegated nursing and support duties to enhance patient satisfaction and safety, under the supervision of a licensed nurse.

The role includes day shifts from 7:00am to 3:30pm with every other weekend and holiday. Requires active MA CNA certification and prior long-term care or Med/Surg experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in long term care; med/surg preferred.
• Active CNA certification or equivalent/licensure as required by MA.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care under the direction of a licensed nurse.
• Assists with activities of daily living and personal cares.
• Maintains clean, safe environment and documents vitals and care.
