Heywood Medical Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our care team in Massachusetts. You will provide direct and indirect patient care under the Nurse Manager, following the nursing process and facility protocols. This role emphasizes safety, accurate documentation, and teamwork.

The position requires an Associate degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), an active MA nursing license, and CPR certification. Prior crisis/Emergency Department experience is valued for this role.

• Associates degree in nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Current MA nursing license with CPR certification (AHA CPR).
• Experience handling crisis and emergency situations.
• Strong interpersonal and professional behaviors are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
• Provide patient care following standards and protocols.
• Document data and patient responses accurately.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and medications.
• Coordinate discharge planning with hospital and community resources.
