Job summary

Heywood Medical Group is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shift coverage. Under the supervision of the Nurse Manager, you will provide direct and indirect patient care and collaborate with the health care team to deliver high-quality nursing services.

You will participate in rounds, document care, assess pain, and educate patients and families as part of a comprehensive care plan. Requires MA RN license; ACLS/BLS; ICU telemetry a plus.

Qualifications

• Current MA Registered Nurse license.
• ACLS on hire or active BLS; obtain ACLS within 60 days.
• CCR N preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing interventions and care plans.
• Delivers patient care per standards of care and hospital policies.
• Respects patient dignity and fosters positive self-regard.
• Provides patient/family teaching based on identified learning needs.
• Collaboratively plans discharge with support systems and resources.
• Prioritizes patient care and seeks essential assistance as needed.
• Documents data and responses accurately and promptly.
• Reports on assigned patients to ensure continuity of care.
• Participates in daily rounds and promotes team collaboration.

Education

Graduate of accredited school of nursing MOAB class
