UMass Memorial Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in the Clinical Decisions Unit, following the nursing process from admission to discharge. You will assess patients, coordinate care plans, and collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure safe, high-quality care.

The role requires MA nursing licensure and BLS; ACLS preferred. Evening shifts, weekends; $6,000 signing bonus may apply for external hires.

Qualifikationen

• Current Massachusetts nursing licensure and registration.

• Utilizes the Nursing Process for patient care from admission to discharge and appropriate to patient age.
• Develops and coordinates care plans including discharge planning.
• Directs, supervises and evaluates nursing care within the assigned setting.
• Documents patient care and participates in education of patient/family.
• Ensures quality and continuity of care through collaboration with other health care providers.
