T.C. Harris School & Academy, a MyPath Company, seeks a licensed nurse (RN or LPN) in Indiana for a 2nd shift role (2pm-10pm) in our health services team at a residential program.

You will administer medications, coordinate care, and support staff to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment. The ideal candidate has strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and prior experience in residential or behavioral health settings.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current RN or LPN license in Indiana (required).
• CPR/First Aid certification and ability to pass medication administration.
• Experience in residential or behavioral health settings preferred.
• CPR/First Aid Instructor certification desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications and medical treatments per physician orders and policy.
• Coordinate medical appointments and follow-ups for residents.
• Maintain up-to-date health records and health assessments.
• Serve as charge nurse when Health Services Director is absent.
• Train, supervise, and mentor infirmary staff and direct care staff.
• Ensure compliance with licensing requirements and protocols.
