Job summary

Three Rivers Midlands, part of Universal Health Services, seeks a Lead Mental Health Technician for a 3rd shift (11pm–7:30am) to support adolescents with complex psychiatric needs in a residential setting.

The role requires leadership, the ability to de-escalate crises, and collaboration with nursing and therapy teams to implement treatment plans. A Bachelor’s in psychology and supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field; at least one year experience preferred.
• Direct experience working with adolescents in residential/educational/juvenile settings.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a role model for residents and Mental Health Technicians.
• Ensure environment remains safe and positive and culture is supportive.
• Plan and organize events with the charge nurse as a program liaison.
• Contribute to resident treatment plan development and revisions.
