Job summary

RBR Alliance, Inc. is seeking a Residential Nurse to provide nursing support for individuals in our residential settings. You will monitor health concerns, review care plans, train staff, and coordinate nursing follow-up.

Candidates must hold a valid Indiana LPN license with at least one year of experience with developmental disabilities. This full-time, non-exempt role is on the 1st shift (M-F, 8am–4pm) and requires CPR and First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• Must be a State licensed LPN in Indiana.
• One year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Maintain CPR, First Aid, and Preventing Disease Transmission.

Responsibilities

• Visit residents for minor illnesses or injuries when appropriate.
• Consult on health aspects of the care plan.
• Train staff in health-related procedures and signs of illness.
• Review medication records and care plan follow-ups.
• Complete monthly health care summaries and reports.
