Qualifications

• Strong understanding of store operations and merchandising.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Demonstrated judgement in problem solving and conflict resolution.
• Desire and ability to lead and manage associates across departments.
• Department Manager or equivalent experience required.
• College degree or equivalent preferred.
• Must be accredited by the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals or able to achieve accreditation within 90 days.
