• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required

Responsibilities

• Assists Restaurant Manager with daily operations and supervises team in RM's absence
• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner
• Coaches and corrects team; conducts second interviews for team members and shift leads
• Maintains clean restaurant environment and handles housekeeping duties
• Assigns shift duties and ensures completion; monitors cash, sales, and inventory records
• Completes end of shift/day paperwork and counts; communicates discrepancies
• In RM's absence, completes daily/weekly/period paperwork, inventory counts, cash counts, truck orders, and admin duties as required
• Ensures safety, food quality, and regulatory compliance
• Partners with RM to meet financial and operational metrics
