Qualifications

• Two years of hands-on management or supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant, hotel, or country club.
• Restaurant industry experience with guest service and daily operations.
• Experience with staffing, scheduling, training, inventory, purchasing, and labor management.
• Proficiency with POS systems, restaurant management software, and Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and develop dining room, bar, and kitchen staff.
• Create and reinforce opening/closing routines and SOPs with kitchen leadership.
• Turn reopening priorities into action plans with timelines.
• Coordinate hotel leadership and events to align restaurant service with the hotel guest experience.
• Manage labor, purchasing, inventory, and controllable expenses.
• Lead daily safety and sanitation checks and coordinate maintenance.
