Job summary

Paycom is hiring a Safety Rest Area Attendant in Live Oak, TX to maintain landscaping and keep the rest area clean and welcoming. You will perform custodial duties, lawn care, trash removal, and report issues to supervision. Shift is 2:00pm–10:00pm; prior landscaping experience preferred.

Must be reliable, able to lift 25–50 lbs, and work outdoors in varying weather. Starting pay is $14.50 per hour, with incentive bonuses available up to $300.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• One year of relevant experience.
• Read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate basic landscaping tools.
• Lift 25-50 lbs and perform physical tasks outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Clean bathrooms, sweep and mop floors, and remove trash.
• Mow lawns, trim shrubs, rake leaves, and perform groundskeeping.
• Inform supervisor of maintenance needs and safety issues.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE as required.
• Maintain supplies and equipment per OSHA standards.
