Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Building Maintenance Engineer for PM shifts at The Unbound Collection Royal Palms Resort and Spa in Phoenix, AZ. You will handle preventive maintenance, respond to guest requests, and support pool and facility systems to ensure safety and comfort.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in maintenance, knowledge of HVAC, electrical and plumbing, and strong troubleshooting. Weekend availability and PM shift work are required; benefits include meals and employee room

Qualifications

1–2 years of hands-on building maintenance or engineering experience.
Experience in hospitality or resort environments preferred.
Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and pool systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests with professionalism.
Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
Maintain and monitor pools, hot tubs and resort facilities for safety.
Assist with safety training and emergency response procedures.
