Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (minimum).
• Experience: 2+ years in community/residential setting supporting people with disabilities, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Must be computer literate and able to learn computer functions for the job.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Residential Program and oversee operations including finances, scheduling staff, and monthly meetings.
• Provide on-call and on-the-floor supervision, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Deliver ongoing staff training and development for group home staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and licensing requirements.
