Job summary

Devereux Pennsylvania Children’s Services (DPACS) in West Chester, PA is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead a residential IDD/Autism program for boys and girls ages 6-21. You will supervise direct care staff, ensure safety, and monitor daily operations while upholding PW-PBIS and regulatory standards.

You will provide crisis prevention and intervention guidance, participate in onboarding and ongoing staff development, and support a compassionate, student-centered environment that promotes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 12 credits in a human services discipline and two years direct care experience.
• 60 college credits with 12 credits in a human services discipline and three years direct care experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and well-being of children in our care.
• Provide supervision to direct care staff and monitor the daily operation of assigned program.
• Ensure all regulatory guidelines and professional standards are followed.
• Provide crisis prevention and intervention support, guidance, and feedback to direct reports.
• Participate in the orientation of new employees and provides ongoing employee training.
