ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. is seeking a Residential Care Associate I at Pine Ridge in Eugene, OR. The role provides companionship, daily living support, and assistance with activities of daily living in a 7-bed residential setting.

You will assist with personal care, meal prep, and transportation, under RN guidance. A valid driver's license and basic caregiving/mental health experience are preferred; training and a wage differential program accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Caregiving or mental health experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass background checks and have valid drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Provide caring companionship and assistance with daily tasks to residents.
• Assist with personal care services and aid in developing daily living skills.
• Help with meal preparation, cleaning, and shopping; transport clients as needed.
• Pass medications under supervision and document services per guidelines.
