Job summary

ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. in Central Point, OR seeks a Residential Care Associate I for Twin Pines RTF to provide companionship, assist with daily living activities, and support residents under RN supervision.

The role includes meal prep, transport, and documenting services, with a 7:00am–3:30pm schedule Sunday through Thursday. Competitive hourly wage and multiple pay differentials are offered along with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Caregiving and/or mental health experience preferred.
• Must be able to drive and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must pass DHS background check and CPR trainings.
• Direct Care staff must be 18 or older at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide caring companionship and assistance with daily tasks to residents.
• Assist with personal care and support to develop daily living skills and independence.
• Assist with meal preparation, cleanup, and food purchasing as needed.
• Transport clients to program activities and maintain required documentation.
