Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) seeks a Residential Behavioral Health Worker to cover absences and gaps, including third shift and occasional weekends, in Nelsonville, OH. Compensation ranges from $19.00 to $22.26 per hour with benefits and PTO.

The position requires a HS diploma or GED, and may prefer a Bachelor’s degree or peer certification. Valid driver's license and ability to transport youth are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree or peer certification preferred.
• Licensed and able to operate a motor vehicle.
• Willing to participate in cross-systems team building activities.
• Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment.

Responsibilities

• Assesses or defines the strengths and needs of youth.
• Provides direct care and supervision through facility-based behavioral health services that are practical, helpful, and collaborative.
• Provides behavioral interventions within a safe, caring, and structured environment ensuring health and well-being.
• Maintains necessary documentation, participates in program evaluation, attends team and program planning meetings, cross-systems training, and acquires knowledge of community resources.
• Meets billing productivity requirements established by Integrated Services for Behavioral Health.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Must be able to work on-call.
