DuPage County Health Department seeks a Residential Assistant for our Naperville Group Home. You will help adults with behavioral health disorders learn independent living skills and live self-sufficiently in the community. This full-time, on-site role emphasizes safety, hygiene, and daily living support.

• Provides assistance to adult clients with behavioral health issues and teaches independent living skills.
• Monitors personal safety and crisis intervention.

• Support independent living skills through modeling and motivational interviewing.
• Monitor safety and assist with transportation to appointments.
• Maintain environmental standards and record-keeping according to policy.
