Job summary

Cornerstone Management Services is hiring a Care Provider/Resident Assistant to support seniors in a high-quality assisted living setting. Duties include following individualized care plans, monitoring vital signs per ISP, and assisting with activities of daily living.

Applicants should be at least 18 years old and prepared to work in a team-driven environment with ongoing training and strict confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Experience in senior resident services, health care, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to follow Individual Service Plans and care protocols.

Responsibilities

• Follow residents' ISP and daily task sheets.
• Communicate changes in residents’ status to supervisor.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and infection control practices.
• Prepare progress notes and document care timely.
• Assist residents with activities, mobility, grooming, and daily living tasks.
• Respect confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines.
• Attend in-service trainings and adhere to policies.
• Report equipment wear or malfunctions to supervisor.
