Cornerstone Management Services is seeking a Care Provider/Resident Assistant to join a resident-focused team. You will assist with personal care and support residents in achieving their daily goals within a compassionate, safe environment.

The role requires adherence to individualized service plans and collaboration with nurses and the care team to maintain high-quality life for residents. A positive attitude and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Experience in senior resident services, health care, or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and adapt to residents’ needs.

Responsabilités

• Follows the resident’s Individual Service Plan (ISP) and daily task sheets.
• Records vital signs and notifies the supervising nurse of deviations.
• Maintains a safe, clean environment and upholds confidentiality.
• Communicates changes in resident status to supervisors and the care team.
• Provides personal care support to residents per documented plans.
• Attends required trainings and adheres to community policies.
