The Bristal Assisted Living in Armonk, NY seeks compassionate Resident Service Assistants/Home Health Aides to provide hands-on care, support ADLs, and ensure residents’ safety and dignity. You will be a friendly, familiar face who helps residents make the most of each day.

Full-time schedule includes a 3-11PM shift with one weekend per week. English proficiency is required; prior geriatric care experience is preferred to support residents in emotional and psycho-social well-being.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold CNA, PCA, or HHA certification.
• Experience with Alzheimer's/dementia is a plus.
• Must be able to speak and read English.
• Geriatric care experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Escort residents to meals and recreational activities.
• Support residents to achieve physical, emotional, and psycho-social well-being.
• Assist in Wellness area to ensure safety and well-being of residents.
• Follow policies and procedures and directions from Nurse Shift Supervisor and Director of Wellness.
