Job summary

The Bristal in Armonk, NY is seeking a compassionate Resident Services Aide for a full-time 3-11PM, Tuesday-Saturday schedule. This on-site role supports residents with daily living activities and provides friendly, dignified care to enhance quality of life.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, escorting residents to meals and activities, and collaborating with nursing staff to ensure safety and well-being. English proficiency and a CNA/HHA/PCA credential are preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant, Personal Care Attendant or Home Health Aide.
• Experience assisting those with Alzheimer's and dementia is a plus.
• Must be able to speak and read in English.
• Prior geriatric population experience preferred, providing assistance with ADLs.
• Ability to follow instructions and establish personal care routines.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Escort residents to meals and recreational activities.
• Support residents' physical, emotional and psycho-social well-being.
• Help in Wellness area to ensure safety, comfort and wellbeing.
• Follow policies and procedures and directions from Nurse Shift Supervisor.
