Leisure Care LLC in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a Resident Assistant II for evening shifts. This role provides compassionate, hands-on support with daily living activities, meds assistance, and potential shift lead duties to help keep residents safe, comfortable, and independent.

You will join a team dedicated to joyful, meaningful senior living. Previous caregiving experience is preferred, CNA is a plus, and strong communication is essential to coordinate with residents, families, and staff

Formación

• Previous caregiving experience preferred.
• CNA is a plus and beneficial for the role.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Empathetic, patient, and professional with aging adults.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care and support with ADLs.
• Assist with medications and daily living activities.
• Support orientation and training of new team members.
• Maintain safety, dignity, and comfort for residents.
• Contribute to light housekeeping or laundry as needed.
