Job summary

Legend Senior Living® in Colorado Springs is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant/Caregiver for part-time hours to support residents with daily living activities. You will help with personal care, meals, grooming, and social engagement, delivering compassionate, respectful care in a warm community.

The role emphasizes teamwork with the nursing staff, accurate documentation of tasks, and responsive communication to the Health Care Director. Evening and weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Compassion and empathy required.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with daily care of residents including personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, meals and social interactions.
• Monitoring residents' physical and emotional comfort and responding as needed.
• Documenting tasks such as daily shift reports and resident records.
• Communicating urgent needs and concerns clearly to the Health Care Director.
