Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude with aging adults and those with dementia.
• Active CNA certification is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support with ADLs.
• Make observations and communicate resident needs to the team.
• Support orientation and training for new team members.
• Build respectful relationships with residents and families.
• Light housekeeping or laundry as needed.
