Leisure Care is seeking a Resident Assistant II to join our Fort Collins community, helping residents stay safe, comfortable, and engaged. You’ll assist with daily living activities, observe and report changes, and support a caring team. No prior CNA is required, but an active CNA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred.
• Caring, positive, and professional attitude supporting aging adults or those with dementia.
• Active CNA is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Make observations, record changes, and communicate resident needs with the team.
• Support new team members with orientation and training.
• Build strong, respectful relationships with residents, families, and co-workers.
• Pitch in with light housekeeping or laundry tasks as needed.
