Job summary

Hearst Health in Tampa, FL is seeking an experienced Technical Consultant to start with a 90-day onboarding in the office, then move to a fully remote evening shift to support customers. Qualifications

• Contribute to and review SOWs for MHK integration projects with third-party vendors.
• Lead cross-functional teams in designing architectures leveraging MHK interfaces.
• Develop specifications from customer infrastructure requirements and usage scenarios.
• Develop project schedules with MS Project and keep milestones on track.
• Deliver technical presentations on integration capabilities to stakeholders.
• Create data interface specifications (XML, X12, REST, SOAP) with customer teams.
• Perform complex data issue analysis using SQL and log-file analysis.
• Document issues with defined processes and coordinate with product/engineering for fixes.
• Develop deployment plans covering installation, data loads, validation and go/no-go.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and review SOWs in support of MHK integration projects and document the solution.
• Lead cross-functional team in design and documentation of overall solution architecture leveraging MHK interfaces.
• Develop specifications based on customer infrastructure requirements and usage scenarios.
• Create detailed MS Project schedules and ensure milestones are met.
• Deliver technical presentations on integration capabilities to key stakeholders.
• Create data interface specifications (XML, X12, REST, SOAP) with customer teams.
• Analyze data issues using SQL and log file analysis.
• Drive deployment plans for go-live including installation, data loads, and validation.
