Job summary

MHK in Tampa is seeking a Technical Consultant to guide customers through enterprise care management software implementations. The role starts with a 90-day onboarding in the Tampa office, with hybrid scheduling, then transitions to remote evening support (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM ET).

The ideal candidate will support L2 production and deployment activities and develop technical requirements for integration. This position involves deployment support, after-hours operations with a 10% shift

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in Technical Consulting, Business Analysis or Project Management within a technical healthcare environment.
SQL development and database administration experience (SQL Server preferred).
Basic ETL or data processes knowledge including data mapping and XML data interfaces
Web services – REST and SOAP API client design experience
System security knowledge (SSO, SSL).
Experience in enterprise application integration platforms (SAAS Solutions).
Healthcare SAAS domain knowledge preferred.
Experience in Technical Documentation and Business Analysis.
Data reporting and visualization experience.

Responsibilities

Contribute to and review SOWs for MHK integration projects with 3rd party vendors and document the solution.
Lead cross-functional teams in design and documentation of the overall solution architecture leveraging MHK interface capabilities.
Develop specifications from customer usage scenarios and infrastructure requirements.
Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain MS project schedules and milestones.
Deliver technical integration presentations to key stakeholders and explain how capabilities enable business functionality.
Create data interface specifications (XML, X12, REST, SOAP) with customer teams for implementation.
Perform data issue analysis using SQL and log file analysis within MHK data models.
Document issues and coordinate with product/engineering teams for timely resolutions.
Develop deployment plans for go-live including installation, configuration, data loads, validation, and go/no-go points.
Identify improvements to deployment processes and artifacts.
Manage executive expectations and maintain transparent communication with customers.
Drive completion of all customer deliverables and build ongoing client trust as a product advisor.
