Qualifications

• BCBA certification required
• GA LBA license required
• Master's degree in ABA/psychology/special education or related field
• Minimum 1 year experience with autism
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proficient in ABA principles and data-driven decision making

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for individuals with ASD
• Provide ABA services in clinical settings and remotely
• Develop and implement individualized BIPs based on ABA principles
• Conduct behavior assessments, data collection, and analysis
• Train and supervise behavior technicians and team members
• Collaborate with parents and professionals for continuity of services
• Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and evaluate effectiveness
• Maintain accurate client progress records
• Stay current with research and best practices in ABA
