Job summary

Already Autism Health is seeking a Part-Time Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve individuals with autism, with duties spanning both onsite and virtual settings. The role requires GA residency or residence within 50 miles of GA for LBA eligibility, and evening hours from 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required; GA resident or within 50 miles of GA for LBA in GA.
• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience with individuals with autism.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and strategies.
• Familiarity with multiple assessment tools and methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; collaborative with multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for individuals with ASD.
• Provide clinical services and implement BIPs based on ABA.
• Deliver direct ABA services, data collection and analysis.
• Train and supervise behavior technicians and team members.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and professionals for continuity of services.
• Monitor progress and adjust intervention plans; evaluate effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate client records and stay updated with field developments.
