Job summary

WonderWay ABA is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team in a part-time, remote capacity. The role centers on supervising clients and RBTs, developing treatment plans, and liaising with families to implement strategies at home.

Ideal candidates hold BCBA certification, a Master’s in ABA or related field, and have telehealth experience. Strong communication and independence are essential for success in a home-based setup.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field is required.
• At least 2 years of experience with kids with autism (preferred).
• Telehealth/remote experience (preferred).
• Comfort with digital tools and video conferencing.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to stay organized and work independently from home.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments and write treatment plans.
• Supervise clients and RBTs.
• Review client data to track progress and adjust plans.
• Coach and support families on treatment strategies at home.
• Maintain regular contact with clients, families, and the clinical team.
• Be responsive, supportive, and proactive in helping.
