Job summary

Already Autism Health is seeking a part-time BCBA to provide remote and on-site ABA services in Georgia. The position requires GA residency or within 50 miles of the GA line, GA LBA licensure, and a BCBA in good standing. You will assess, design, and monitor BIPs, supervise technicians, and collaborate with families and professionals.

Evening hours are available (4:00 PM–7:30 PM). This role offers flexible scheduling, ongoing professional development, and a supportive multidisciplinary team

Qualifications

• Must be a BCBA in good standing and reside in GA or within 50 miles of GA line.
• GA LBA license required.
• Master's degree or higher in ABA, psychology, special education, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and strategies.
• Familiar with assessment tools, ABA methodologies, and intervention techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and goals.
• Provide services in a clinical setting and work with clients in ABA programs.
• Develop and implement individual behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on ABA.
• Deliver direct ABA services, including assessments, data collection, and analysis.
• Train and supervise behavior technicians and team members in BIPs.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and professionals for consistency of services.
• Monitor progress, adjust interventions as needed, and evaluate effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate client progress records and treatment plans.
• Stay updated with current ABA research and best practices.
