Job summary

Easterseals Western & Central Pennsylvania is seeking a dynamic, part-time evening Recreation Assistant to support the Cumberland County bowling program in Mechanicsburg. This seasonal role works from our York, PA office and offers an $15.00 hourly rate.

You will help run activities like bowling while ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for participants. Candidates should be at least 16 years old and prepared to undergo required background checks, including PA criminal, FBI as needed, and

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 16.
• PA Criminal Record Check required.
• Child Abuse History Clearance required.
• FBI Clearance if not been a PA resident for the past two consecutive years (Department of Aging).
• Passing of physical examination and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Implementing the specific program components (i.e., bowling, horseback riding, etc.).
• Assuring that all program participants have an enjoyable experience.
• Ensuring the health and safety of all program participants.
