Job summary

Church Farm School in Exton, PA seeks an Assistant Coach for Bowling for the winter season. This stipend position supports the head coach in developing students’ fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

The successful candidate will attend all practices and meets, drive as needed, ensure eligibility and behavior rules are followed, and foster positive relationships within the school community. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and willingness to drive nine passenger vans.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the head coach with coaching and monitoring of the athletic program for the assigned sport.
• Attend all practices and meets.
• Demonstrate a willingness to support the school’s mission, entire program, and core values through personal example, actions, and attitude.
• Assist the head coach with ensuring that scholar athletes adhere to eligibility rules, grade requirements and rules of behavior.
• Cultivate and consistently maintain positive relationships with scholars and members of the CFS community.
• Promote self-discipline and responsible decision-making among the scholars.
• Assist the head coach with ensuring the continual supervision of scholar athletes during practice, workouts, and in the locker room.
