Fulton Commons Care Center is seeking an experienced part-time Receptionist for the 4:00 PM–9:00 PM shift, Monday–Friday at our Skilled Nursing Facility. The role involves welcoming visitors, residents, and families, providing information on services and policies, and assisting with inquiries.

The position emphasizes customer service, strong communication, and coordination with nursing staff to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Customer service/hospitality background preferred.
• Experience with hospitality, seniors, health care and service delivery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, residents, and family members with a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Answer phones, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff.
• Manage sign-in/sign-out procedures for visitors.
• Handle mail and packages and coordinate outgoing items.
