Job summary

Fiddlers Green Manor is seeking a Receptionist (Evening) to join our Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation center on a part-time basis. You will be the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, delivering exceptional service while managing calls and inquiries with warmth and professionalism.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, directing calls, handling mail and deliveries, and maintaining accurate medical records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in healthcare or customer service is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

• Maintain accurate records and files, including patient charts and medical records.
• Provide administrative support to nursing staff and other departments as needed.
