Job summary

The Salvation Army North and Central Illinois Division seeks a Night Receptionist for Harbor Light Outpatient Department. You will manage the front desk, direct clients to groups, file records, and perform light data entry in Excel to support evening counseling activities.

Work hours are 2:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m. on weekdays with an overall 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. shift. A High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of receptionist or social service experience is required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: At least one year receptionist or social service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• General receptionist duties for the Outpatient Clinic 2:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m., Monday–Friday.
• Relay telephone messages to staff and maintain office communications.
• File and maintain records; data entry into Excel for reporting.
• Provide additional receptionist coverage at Harbor Light Residential desk as needed.
