The Salvation Army North and Central Illinois Division is seeking a Night Receptionist for the Harbor Light Outpatient Department. The role includes receiving clients attending evening treatment activities, directing them to groups and individual counseling, and supporting general receptionist duties and evening cleaning tasks.
Responsibilities also cover filing, preparing reports, and maintaining communication with therapists and staff as needed to support the clinic's operations.

The backgrounds of the clients served by The Harbor Light Program will manifest a variety of inappropriate behaviors. When this occurs, employees are to respond within the context of the treatment environment of the site. Employee conduct (actions, dress, etc.) and interactions (conversations, written communications, etc.) with clients must also be within the treatment environment of the facility.
Clients attending evening treatment activities are received and directed to groups and individual counseling. Assist in filing, cleaning, and up-keep of the Outpatient Clinic. Support the full mission of The Salvation Army through assuming general receptionist responsibility and cleaning responsibility in the evening.
