Job summary

Russ Darrow Madison CJDR is seeking a friendly Receptionist/Cashier to be the welcoming first point of contact for our dealership. You will greet customers, answer phones, and support daily front-desk operations with accuracy and professionalism.

The role includes handling payments, basic accounting tasks, and coordinating with departments. We offer training, flexible hours 2-3 nights per week and rotating Saturdays, a team-focused environment, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front-desk roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with basic accounting tasks and cash handling.
• Experience with Excel is a plus.
• Dealership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person and by phone politely.
• Answer calls and route to appropriate department.
• Receive payments and issue receipts; handle cash accurately.
• Perform basic accounts receivable/payable tasks.
• Support managers and staff with clerical duties.
• Learn dealership procedures to help customers efficiently.
