Job summary

The Residence at Willow Grove is seeking a friendly, professional Receptionist (Community Experience Ambassador) to be the first friendly face for residents, families, and visitors in Willow Grove, PA. This part-time role starts at $15.00/hr and features an evening schedule with four-hour shifts from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Wednesdays, Fridays, and alternating weekends.

You will welcome guests, manage front desk responsibilities, and support clerical tasks while upholding a warm, customer-focused

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Friendly, professional, and dependable.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable multitasking and staying organized.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Previous receptionist, front desk, administrative, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background checks, assessment, and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist residents, families, visitors, and vendors.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk environment.
• Sort mail and assist with clerical and administrative tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service while representing the community in a positive manner.
• Communicate effectively with residents, visitors, and team members.
• Assist with special projects and community events as needed.
