Job summary

Willow Valley Communities in Lancaster, PA, is seeking a friendly Part-Time Concierge Team Member for The Manor Campus. You will warmly welcome Residents and guests, answer calls, provide information, and support daily communications and operations with a professional, service-minded approach.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least six months of related experience. The role offers weekly pay, a 401k match, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for career growth

Qualifications

Experience using Microsoft Office.
A high school diploma or GED and six months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Create a warm, inviting, professional environment for Residents and guests.
Answer and direct incoming telephone calls, take messages, and assist callers.
Coordinate communication with team members and department representatives.
Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations.
Assist with transportation scheduling and communication for Willow Valley transportation services.
Submit maintenance and IT service requests as needed.
