Job summary

Children's Specialized ABA in Beltsville, MD is seeking a Part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You'll work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a supportive care team.

The position requires a minimum age of 18, a high school diploma, and preferably some experience working with children. We offer paid training and exam coverage to jumpstart your career!

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Prior experience working with children, especially with ASD, is strongly preferred.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
