Job summary

Actify ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes or schools, under BCBA guidance. You will collect progress data, support families, and maintain a safe, positive therapy environment.

Part-time schedule with evening and Saturday availability in Baltimore, MD, and surrounding areas. A high school diploma is required, RBT certification or willingness to obtain it is needed, and some ABA experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
