Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will work with a BCBA and care team to build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

We provide paid training and cover the RBT exam costs. Eligible candidates may enjoy higher pay for evening sessions and opportunities for growth within the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• RBT certification preferred but not required.
• Prior experience with children—ASD preferred.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Physically able to perform job duties (kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs., moving with children).

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in-home or clinic-based sessions.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care as needed (e.g., toileting, eating).
