Job summary

Children’s ABA in Annapolis, MD is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). You'll provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), helping them build essential skills while reducing challenging behaviors. We provide paid training and cover the RBT exam cost to help you kickstart your career.

The role requires a high school diploma, and prior experience with children is preferred. Premium pay for sessions after 5 PM and thorough BCBA supervision will be offered as well.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• RBT certification is preferred, but not required.
• Prior experience working with children—ASD experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive ongoing feedback.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
