Job summary

NCIA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support individuals with autism and developmental disabilities in Milford Mill, MD. This full-time, evening shift role emphasizes documentation, data collection, and collaboration with BCBAs and the behavioral health team.

Ideal candidates hold a High School Diploma with experience or a Bachelor's degree, plus active RBT certification, MANDT training, and willingness to obtain CMT/MVip certifications if needed.

Qualifications

• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must manage time effectively and stay organized.
• Ability to accurately document behavior data and progress notes.
• Comfortable following complex instructions and confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior support plans and MANDT techniques.
• Support individuals in developing life and social skills.
• Accurately document behavior data and progress notes.
• Assist with behavioral assessments and plan development.
• Communicate with BCBAs, Behavior Specialists, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Respond to behavioral crises using approved intervention strategies.
• Attend Person-Centered Plan meetings and trainings.
• Maintain RBT certification and adhere to ethical standards.
