Job summary

National Center On Institutions And in Milford Mill, MD is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct care and behavioral support to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. Under supervision of a BCBA, you will implement behavior plans, collect data, and collaborate with treatment teams across residential, clinical, and community settings.

Responsibilities include documenting data, assisting with assessments, and participating in plan

Qualifications

• Minimum education and experience as stated: High School Diploma with 5 years in behavioral health or a Bachelor’s with 2 years’ experience.
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Current & active RBT Certification required; CMA/MTTP an asset.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior support plans and MANDT techniques.
• Support individuals in developing life and social skills.
• Accurately document behavior data and progress notes.
• Assist with behavioral assessments and plan development.
• Communicate with BCBAs and interdisciplinary teams.
• Attend plan meetings and required trainings.
• Maintain RBT certification and adhere to ethical standards.
