Job summary

Intercept Health seeks an RBT to support and implement individualized ABA plans, focusing on reducing unsafe behaviors while improving communication and social skills. You will observe client progress, collect data, and assist in program development alongside a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

The role involves working with children, adolescents, and young adults with autism or developmental disabilities in a center-based setting, with afternoon availability through 6 P.M.

Qualifications

• Must have current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential in good standing.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Behavioral Science preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and implement individualized client plans in ABA to decrease unsafe behaviors and increase communication and social skills.
• Observe client skills and collect data for program planning and progress.
• Work with children, adolescents, and young adults in a center-based program.
