Job summary

Dream Builders ABA in Norfolk, VA is seeking a motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for part-time afternoon sessions with children at home and in community settings. You will implement individualized treatment plans, provide 1:1 ABA therapy, and collect accurate session data under BCBA supervision, while maintaining open communication with parents and supervisors.

Candidates should have an active RBT certification, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred),

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Norfolk, VA. This is a part-time afternoon position working directly with children in home and/or community settings.

The ideal candidate is energetic, reliable, and passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and related developmental needs.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Consistent weekly hours
