Daily's Premium Meats LLC in Missouri hosts an opening for a Pump Room Lead on the production floor. The role provides day-to-day leadership and supports the Department Supervisor in guiding shift employees to meet quality and safety standards.

The Pump Room Lead will direct operations in the absence of supervision, ensure accurate records and reports, coordinate new-hire training, and uphold all safety procedures within a fast-paced meat processing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2–5 years production experience.
• Prefer pork industry experience.
• Ability to read and interpret English documents and write routine reports.
• Bilingual skills preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day production for the pump room and supervise shift employees.
• In absence of Supervisor, direct staff and communicate policy changes.
• Ensure safety, quality and adherence to company policies.
• Coordinate new employee training for shift.
• Maintain records, logs, and daily/weekly reports.
• Assist in staffing and workforce planning.
